Details/Specifics of Change: The Guam 4 LEO Ground Station has a suck Azimuth motor. The maintenance vendor is working on repairing the issue.

Impact: Medium - LEOSAR Western Pacifica US AOR distress detection/reporting may be delayed. GEOSAR and MEOSAR are operating nominally.
