Details/Specifics of Change: The SARSAT Florida PIP circuit in Miami, FL is down. A trouble ticket has been opened with Verizon.

Impact: Medium - Atlantic and Caribbean Search and Rescue region's LEOSAR and MEOSAR distress detection/reporting is delayed. GEOSAR and Maryland LEOSAR are nominal.
