Details/Specifics of Change:  ESPC has been notified that the Sentinel International Access Hub (int hub, for international partners only) is not accessible (https://inthub.copernicus.eu/news/News00769) now.  We're pulling the Sentinel-1 data from Sentinel Open Access Hub, which is slower and less responsive than inthub.
