Topic: Transfer of Raytheon legacy JPSS Help desk email to new email

Product or Data Impacted: No product outages or lapses in JPSS Helpdesk functions are expected as we transfer the email support addresses. The Current and New Helpdesk email accounts will be monitored by the ERT Sys Admin Team  between 9am – 5pm , Monday - Friday until June 23, 2023. After which, all JPSS Helpdesk functions/requests will solely be worked under the new mail box. The current, helpdesk email distro(password resets, JPSS CGS account lock outs, JPSS & 5042 ERAV login issues, ect..) will be retired on June 23,2023. A new NOAA.GOV Helpdesk email address has been created to take over for the legacy Raytheon email address.
