Update #2 - Final Update - After a LUT vendor reboot, the Alaska 3 Ground Station returned to normal operations at 1450Z and began taking passes.
Update #1 - The power outage at the Fairbanks location has been resolved, but the Alaska 3 Ground Station continues to miss passes. The LUT vendor has been notified and will investigate.

Impact: Medium - Missed pass vulnerability to other ground station sites being down significantly increased. LEOSAR distress alert detection/reporting may be delayed. GEOSAR and MEOSAR are operating nominally.
