Details/Specifics of Change: JAXA will conduct a GCOM-W Retrograde Orbit Maneuver on 04/05/2023, with the burn occurring at 02:19:22z.  AMSR2 data collection will be suspended during the maneuver period resulting in approximately ½-orbit data outage, or ~39 minutes of non-recoverable AMSR2 science data.
