Details/Specifics of Change: ESPC did not receive N-15 GAC 2B REV. 28793 (B2878990) from Wallops. ESPC called for a reship of the data, it was received, however an individual at Wallops Island informed ESPC that the some aspects of the data was corrupted. Therefore, data is considered lost.
