Update #3: CrIS instrument anomaly issue resolved by SE. CrIS is nominal and data is being received.
Update #2: While Engineering continues to troubleshoot, logistical
issues have been encountered in retrieving a configuration file necessary to
restore nominal science data from the instrument. Due to this state, all CrIS
products for S-NPP will be unavailable until at least Monday, April 18,
2022. The prime CrIS instrument on the NOAA-20 spacecraft will continue to
provide all CrIS data needs.
UPDATE 1: Instrument anomaly continues, restoration of nominal operations will continue until further notice.
