Update #1:  This update is corrective in nature.  The original message distributed on March 12th indicated that the products impacted by this anomaly were delivered to GRB.  The original message was incorrect, the impacted products were delivered to PDA.  In addition, the original message was vague and gave the impression that there were product outages.  This anomaly was not an outage.  Degraded products (Cloud Optical Depth, Cloud Particle Size, Cloud Top Height, Cloud Top Phase, Cloud Top Pressure, Cloud Top Temperature) were delivered to PDA on 12 March from 0000Z - 0140Z.
