Details/Specifics of Change: ESPC stopped receiving DMSP SSMI/S F-16, F-17 and F-18  EDRN, SDRN, TDRN  data from FNMOC/Monterey. TDUP data IS being received. FNMOC/Monterey was contacted. They report no problems. Programmer has been contacted and problem is being investigated.
