Details/Specifics of Change:
Due to a necessary Risk Mitigation Maneuver, S-NPP will leave its nominal ground track box on November 5th , crossing the western edge. This box is +/- 20 kilometers equatorial longitudinal offset from the reference ground track.
The maximum distance outside the western edge of the box will be under 5 kilometers. This will be reached on November 18, 2021, when an Inclination Adjustment Maneuver (IAM) will be performed at 18:05:45Z to correct the drift.
The expected date to return to the nominal ground track box is November 27, 2021. This may vary with the performance of the maneuver. Another notice will be sent when we return to the nominal ground track box.
