The resolution will still be at 10 km, and the cadence will be every hour for the Full Disc, every 30 minutes for CONUS, and every 5 minutes for MESOs. This is a GOES-R Level 2 Product update.

Horizontal Resolution: 10 km
Please note: There will be a potential loss of one scene of the soundings products when the installation starts. This upgrade will not be performed during Critical Weather Day (CWD).
