Details/Specifics of Change: In order to get diagnostic data to troubleshoot an elevated noise state on the NOAA-20 CrIS MW5 segment, Engineering loaded a Diagnostic Configuration file onto the NOAA-20 CrIS instrument during NOAA-20 Contact #19398. The backout file was committed during the same contact period and the instrument is now back in a nominal state. Please note that during the impacted time period, Mid Wave science data was not available and NOAA-20 CrIS-FS-SDR products are in a degraded state.
