Update#2  ESPC is now receiving DMSP/SSMI data.  All the backlog data is unrecoverable the current data started at 2110Z.

Update#1 ESPC is not receiving any DMSP/SSMI data from FNMOC/Monterey.  The problem is upstream from FNMOC/ Monterey. The 557^th Weather Wing (Air Force) is investigating the problem.
