Details/Specifics of Change:
FGF would like to see GOES-East Meso 2 nudged over a little to the east
from its current position. The eastern edge of the domain doesn't quite
capture all of our Minnesota counties under a RFW. We're hopeful offices
under the current western domain wouldn't mind as they look to be well
covered by GOES-West Meso 1 and 2.
