Details/Specifics of Change: A callup pass at Wallops was scheduled for Rev 24123 because we were unable to establish port connection with Usingen 1. A 15 minute read of 22.8m of data was performed. An ACK will be sent on the next pass and the remainder of the data will be recovered.

A callup pass for Rev 24124 has been scheduled at Wallops AOS 06:42:40z LOS 07:03:50z as a contingency plan .
