Details/Specifics of Change: The ESPC PDA server was experiencing an anomaly which was causing loss of some data and processing delays. The issue has been resolved and it required a host of machines to be rebooted. While the delays and data loss did not occur the entire time, the restart of the servers and backlogs were completed by 0100Z on February 12, 2021.
