Details/Specifics of Change: Due to a ground system anomaly, we were unable to receive telemetry or commanding during Jason3 Rev 22908 at WAL CDA, AOS 08:32:40.  Wallops reported they were able to see data in high rate telemetry.  The data will be caught up next rev 22909 at WAL CDA, AOS 10:28:30.
