Details/Specifics of Change: On December 10, 2020 17:00:00Z, S-NPP will perform a 0.8 second propulsive Drag Make-Up (DMU)  Maneuver to maintain it's Repeating Ground Track box.  Below are the planned event times affecting the observatory, and are subject to be offset by a few seconds.

16:34:00Z  – 18:41:04Z  - CERES in Contam-Safe mode, science data will not be available
16:44:00Z  – 17:11:06Z  - OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available
16:55:09Z  – 17:18:08Z  - HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable
16:54:00Z  – 17:07:04Z  - S-NPP pointing off-nadir, collected data during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated
      16:54:00Z                    - SNPP Fixed Frame commanded to Target 10
      17:02:04Z                    - SNPP Fixed Frame commanded to Target 2
