Details/Specifics of Change: .A ground system anomaly of Himawari-8 occurred at around 1930 UTC, 23 March.
Some of the data processing were switched to the sub-system at around 2030 UTC and the data provision via HimawariCast and HimawariCloud was restored.

The following products via Himawari JDDS are still not available.
  - HCAI (High-resolution Cloud Analysis Information),
  - ASWind(AMV-based Sea-surface Wind)
  - HRIT format data
  - JPEG imagery
