Length of Outage: 30 minutes of product outage for ABI, EXIS, and SUVI plus a potential additional 20 minutes for recovery. See details below 

Details/Specifics of Change:

A GOES-16 HBT Flush will be performed on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 2300 UTC resulting in an ABI, EXIS, and SUVI product outage. Product navigation may be degraded for up to 20 minutes after the conclusion of the HBT flush. The HBT Flush will not be cancelled due to CWD.

On Wednesday, March 11, 2020 the following schedule will be employed to support GOES-16 HBT Flush operations:

2300 UTC: GOES-16 HBT Flush Schedule begins

2300 UTC - 2330 UTC: GOES-16 ABI, EXIS, and SUVI product outage

2330 UTC: GOES-16 ABI Routine Mode 6 Operations Resume

2330 UTC: GOES-16 Routine EXIS and SUVI Operations Resume

There will be no recovery schedule for this maneuver.
