Details/Specifics of Change:M-B Alaska 2 LEO Ground Station inM-BFairbanks, AK is not receiving alert data. The LUT vendor reported an issue occurred during operational system upgrades. The LUT vendor is investigating.

detection/reporting timeliness affected.
