Update #1: HRIT Operations are currently out of the Consolidated Backup Facility (CBU) PDA in Fairmont, WV. Both Suitland and CBU PDA's haven't received any EMWIN data since 0138Z, thus there's nothing NESDIS can do to mitigate this outage.M-B
