Update #2: All US LEOLUTS have successfully installed Time Calibration data from FMCC at 2059Z. The USMC is currently monitoring all US LEOLUTS scheduled to track S11 to monitor location accuracy returning to normal.


Update #1: After the French Mission Control Center (FMCC) confirmed the S11 SARP issue, EUMETSAT issued a SW restart command at 1535Z.
