Update #1: It was identified that the NOAA-19 MHS PRT temperatures dropped below the lower threshold setting in the PPP preprocessor. With the threshold adjusted around 21:41 Z today, the NOAA-19 MHS L1b data preprocessing became nominal with the good data processed after 22:30 Z.
