A Metop-A Collision Avoidance Maneuver will be performed May 16,
2019, preheating beginning at 1350 UTC with the maneuver ending at
1522 UTC that same day.
This maneuver is to avoid collision with NOAA 16 DEB (41259).
The SEM instrument will be placed into Maneuver Mode at TBD on May
16, 2019 and returned back to its Normal Operating Mode at TBD
that same day.
The GOME instrument timeline ends at TBD UTC and mirror parked
before the burn on May 16, 2019. The GOME timeline is reactivated
at TBD UTC that same day.
Instrument off/on TBD times will be provided by NOAA when received
from EUMETSAT.
Data from the outage period will not be recovered nor
distributed.
