Details/Specifics of Change: ESPC did not receive the following files from Wallops; N19 HRPT Rev 52731; N15 HRPT Rev 09060 and N18 HRPT Rev 71893. For unknown reasons the data terminated on the Polar AFEP. The problem is being investigated.
