GOES-17 ABI will change from gain set 1 to gain set 3 daily from 0830 UTC through 1930 UTC. The gain set switch will start on 18 January (DOY018) and extend through the GOES-17 yaw flip on or about 20 March (DOY079). At that time, the gain set change will continue, but at different times for the upright orientation.
