Update #1 - Final Update: The LUT Vendor advised that the Front Processor (FP) and Location Processor (LP) did not start correctly after a cold reboot was issued by the USMCC Controller. LSE returned to Normal Operation on March 01, 2018 at 0814Z after the LUT Vender restarted the FP and the LP servers.
