Details/Specifics of Change: The first 14 seconds of the NOAA 20 Fairbanks rev 2646 support AOS 2010Z was not captured at Fairbanks due to late acquisition. This resulted in a 7 minute and 20 second gap in product data. The data should be recovered at McMurdo rev 2646 AOS 2109Z.
