REMARKS: EARLY MORNING VISIBLE IMAGERY SHOWS A PLUME
EXTENDING FROM THE SUMMIT OF SANGAY APPROXIMATELY 24 NM TO
THE EAST. MULTI-SPECTRAL IMAGERY INDICATES THAT THE PLUME
MOST LIKELY CONTAINS ASH WITHIN IT. THE PLUME IS NOT AS
DENSE AS THAT OF THE PLUME CURRENTLY AT TUNGURAHUA TO ITS
NORTH...BUT STILL IS DISCERNIBLE EVEN THROUGH THE HIGH
CIRRUS IN THE AREA. A HOTSPOT COULD BE SEEN IN CHANNEL 2
