DETAILS OF ASH CLOUD: THE FIRST VISIBLE SATELLITE IMAGES OF
THE DAY THROUGH 13/1215 UTC SHOW A FAINT ASH PLUME FROM THE
VOLCANO TO THE SOUTHEAST. AT 1215 UTC THE PLUME OF FAINT ASH
EXTENDED 45 KM (24 NMI) FROM THE SUMMIT TO THE SOUTHEAST AND
WAS ABOUT 15 KM (8 NMI) WIDE. A LARGER AREA OF MORE FAINT ASH
EXTENDED 62 KM (33 NMI) TO THE SOUTHEAST AND WAS 53 KM (27
NMI) WIDE. THIS AREA WAS BOUNDED BY THE POINTS 0128S7826W
0147S7759W 0132S7753W AND 0120S7757W. THE ASH IS ESTIMATED AT
OR BELOW FL200.

TRAJECTORY: ASH IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST SOUTHEAST AT ABOUT
10 TO 15 KNOTS.
